By downloading, installing, or using Warranty Wallet (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Warranty Wallet is a local-first mobile application that helps you track product warranties, store receipt and warranty card images, and receive device-based expiry reminders.

All warranty records and images you enter into the App are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you enter
• Keeping your device secure
• Creating and safeguarding your own backup files using the App's export feature

We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if you lose your device or delete the App without a backup.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the App or interfere with other users.

The App allows you to export your data to a file on your device. Backup files may contain personal information and images. Keep them secure and do not share them with untrusted parties.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

Expiry and return-window reminders are provided for convenience only. It is your responsibility to verify actual warranty terms with the manufacturer or retailer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or loss of data stored within it.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
