These Terms of Use govern your use of the Warranty Wallet mobile application. Warranty Wallet is owned and published by Muhammad Safeer.

By downloading, installing, or using Warranty Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1 Purpose of the App

Warranty Wallet is a personal organization tool that helps users save and manage product warranty details, receipt images, purchase dates, expiry dates, notes, and reminders.

2 License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Warranty Wallet on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

3 Local Data Storage

The current version of Warranty Wallet stores warranty data locally on the user's device.

The app does not require an account and does not provide cloud backup in the current version.

Users are responsible for keeping their own backups using the Export feature if they want to preserve data outside the device.

4 Warranty Tracking Is Informational Only

Warranty Wallet helps users organize warranty information. It does not provide, extend, underwrite, honor, or guarantee any product warranty.

Any warranty claim, repair, refund, replacement, or service request remains between the user and the original manufacturer, retailer, seller, or service provider.

Users are responsible for checking warranty terms, expiry dates, and claim procedures directly with the relevant company.

5 Reminder Accuracy

Warranty Wallet may provide local reminders based on dates entered by the user.

Reminder delivery may depend on device settings, notification permissions, Android version, battery optimization, Do Not Disturb settings, and background app restrictions.

We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all. Users should not rely on the app as their only reminder for important warranty claims.

6 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

7 Exported Files

If users export warranty data, they are responsible for storing and protecting the exported file.

Warranty Wallet is not responsible for loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to exported files after the user saves or shares them.

8 No Legal, Financial, or Warranty Claim Advice

Warranty Wallet does not provide legal, financial, insurance, repair, or warranty claim advice.

Any information in the app is for personal organization only.

9 Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

10 Intellectual Property

Warranty Wallet, including its name, logo, design, layout, and code, is owned by Muhammad Safeer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to the user.

11 Third-Party Links and Services

The app may open external links, such as the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use page, in the user's device browser.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or apps.

12 Disclaimer of Warranties

Warranty Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, always available, or that data will never be lost.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Safeer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed reminders, expired warranties, rejected claims, device issues, financial loss, or other losses arising from or related to use of the app.
